Confusing Foster Farms Commercials

I have always been baffled by Foster Farm Commercials. It's commercials always used two puppet chickens. At first, I had thought that they were Foster Farm chickens. But now, I think that they might not be. At this point I really don't know.

Take the most recent Foster Farm commercial for example, it involves the chickens giving a hitchhiker a ride. During the ride, the hitchhiker offers some carrot sticks to the chickens. The next thing you know, the chickens have thrown the hitchhiker out of the car. What does that mean? Why did the chickens throw him out of the car? Are they Foster Farm chickens?

The commercial left a lot of questions unanswered for the viewer. I am left to wonder if I would have understood it if I had lived on a farm before.
